We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.

After review, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims if damage appears to have occurred after delivery.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.

Drug Testing – We do not guarantee that hemp-derived products will or will not result in a positive drug test. Individual results vary. We assume no liability for employment or legal issues related to drug testing.

Local Law Compliance – Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local and state laws regarding hemp-derived products. Cloudy Daze is not liable for legal consequences resulting from your purchase.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain hemp-derived products may not be available for shipment to specific states or jurisdictions due to evolving local regulations.

Orders placed from restricted locations may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Laws are subject to change. Customers are responsible for verifying local regulations before placing an order. Cloudy Daze is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or rejected due to local or state regulations.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Cloudy Daze is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • High order volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is controlled by the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

Payment & Billing

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you authorize Cloudy Daze to:

  • Charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount

  • Verify payment information to prevent fraud

  • Cancel or hold orders suspected of fraudulent activity

If a payment is declined, we may cancel the order.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a delivered product may result in:
