Refund & Return Policy
At Cloudy Daze, we are committed to providing high-quality hemp products and a smooth customer experience.
Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumable products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we review certain situations on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
We only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cloudydazedispensary.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.
