Sealed, unopened CBDMD products may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

 

To be eligible:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Customer must contact us at support@cloudydazedispensary.com prior to return.

• Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Hemp-Derived Consumable Products:

Due to health, safety, and regulatory standards:
All hemp-derived consumable products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Flower

• Pre-rolls

• Vapes

• Gummies

• Edibles

• Concentrates

• Any inhalable or ingestible hemp-derived products
   

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
 
 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photo documentation

• Include your order number
   

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
 
 
Shipping & Processing:
