
Cloudy Daze Refund & Returns Policy
We want every purchase from Cloudy Daze to leave you happy and confident in your choice. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If your item has been opened or partially used, please reach out to our team at support@cloudydazedispensary.com — we’ll review your situation and see what options are available. In some cases, partial refunds or store credit may be offered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we got your item and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. All sale items are final sale.
Exchanges We’re happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. Email support@cloudydazedispensary.com for exchange instructions.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Before sending anything back, please email support@cloudydazedispensary.com for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
